BOOKING POLICY ✩ All appointments must be booked through website ✩ Must be 18 or older to book with me or guardian approval for body sculpting ✩ Paperwork must be done online or arrive before appointment time ✩ Must respond to confirmation text/email or appt will be cancelled ✩ Book desired goal & we'll discuss treatments recommended DEPOSIT POLICY ✩ Non-refundable $30 deposit is required upon booking for any service ✩ Deposit goes towards your total: Remaining balance to be paid in CASH LATE POLICY ✩ There is a 15 minute grace period. However I will do my best to accommodate; just keep in mind service can be shortened. ✩ After 15 minutes your appointment will result in a CANCELLATION with no deposit refunded. ✩The $30 deposit will be charged for missed, cancelled, or rescheduled appointments with less than 1 business day notice or late arrival to appt. CANCELLATION/REFUND ✩ Please allow 24-hour notice for cancellation to be able to reschedule without missing out on your deposit. ✩ Deposits are non-Refundable in any event you miss your scheduled appointment or need to reschedule less than 1 day notice, a new deposit will be required upon rescheduling ✔️ If any event I need to reschedule/cancel I will refund your deposit BODY SCULPTING PACKAGE POLICY ✩ ONLY 3 DAYS to schedule all sessions, after that, you will lose your deposit for sessions not scheduled ✩ Can ONLY reschedule 2 times with 1 day notice, after that, it will be considered as a cancellation & deducted from package(new despoit will be required) ✩ No Call/No Show will be counted as session deducted from your package PAYMENT POLICY ✩ BODY SCULPTING: Payments must be paid in half of your package amount or per each session with additionally $30 deposit of scheduled sessions ✩ Payment accepted: Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, & CashBusiness Hours

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. YOU HAVE ONE DAY BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TO RESCHEDULE/CANCEL TO AVOID A NEW DEPOSIT BEING REQUIRED!
